CNC Turning
Turning is a machining process in which a cutting tool, typically a non-rotary tool bit, describes a helix toolpath by moving more or less linearly while the workpiece rotates.
CNC Milling
Milling is the process of machining using rotary cutters to remove material by advancing a cutter into a workpiece. This may be done by varying direction on one or several axes, cutter head speed, and pressure.
Surface Grinding
Surface grinding is done on flat surfaces to produce a smooth finish. It is a widely used abrasive machining process in which a spinning wheel covered in rough particles cuts chips of metallic or nonmetallic substance from a workpiece, making a face of it flat or smooth.
Gear Fabrication
Gear manufacturing refers to the making of gears. Gears can be manufactured by a variety of processes, including casting, forging, extrusion, powder metallurgy, and blanking. As a general rule, however, machining is applied to achieve the final dimensions, shape and surface finish in the gear.
Metal & Structural Works
The structural work is the implementation of elements contributing to the strength and stability of a building. They resume the permanent efforts of construction and temporary efforts such as wind, rain and snow.
On-site Maintenance
On-Site Repair means repairs performed at the customer's site by authorized service personnel as an alternative to Service Center Repair.
Hydraulic Cylinder Fabrication
Along with bearing and snap ring. The piston is to the rod. The seals are oiled around the piston and cylinder head. After the rod is assembled with every component, the whole package is ready to be installed to the tube.
Welding Works
Welding is a joining process in which metals, or sometimes plastics, are heated, melted and mixed to produce a joint with properties similar to those of the materials being joined. There are three main components needed to create a weld. These are: A heat source such as an electric arc, a flame, pressure, or friction.
Machine Parts Modification
These elements are the basic building blocks in many types of machines. Parts such as fasteners (screws, nuts and bolts, rivets, etc.), chains, shafts, keys, bearings and belts are examples of general-purpose machine elements. They usually perform the same function in all these machines.
Jig & Fixture
A jig controls and guides the cutting tool to work at a predefined location on a workpiece. Fixtures are used for supporting and locating a workpiece. Fixtures do not guide the tool on a workpiece like a jig.
Precision Machining
Precision machining is a process that removes excess, raw material from a work-piece, while holding close tolerance finishes, to create a finished product. Simply put, it means shaping large pieces of material into more precise parts, so that they can meet very exact specifications.Metal Bending
